Job Description Includes:
- Domestic Support: Meal preparation, Laundry & Ironing, House Cleaning & Tidying
- Personal Support: Oral Care, Showering, Dressing, Grooming, Incontinence Care, Administer Medication, Shopping etc
- Supports participants with proficient level of communication and interpersonal ability
- Supporting clients with community participation and family engagements
- Attending medical appointments with participants
- Support participants who require aids or equipment for mobility & other activities
- Support participants with complex care
- Execute other assigned task as per qualification and
Expectation From You
- Cert III or IV (Aged Care, Disability Support or other relevant qualification approved by NDIS)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Clearance (no later than 6 months)
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module
- Possess proof of Covid-19 vaccination
- Valid WWCC
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID010 or HLTAID003 minimum)
- Valid Driver's Licence (Australian preferred)
- Possess a reliable and DOT-accredited car
- Possess valid car insurance

Registered Nurse
We are seeking qualified and experienced Registered Nurse for our participants with complex need, and to also meet the growing demand of providing personnel to fill vacant shifts in public & private healthcare institutions, aged care and disability facilities. You are required to provide safe, effective, professional and quality clinical support to clients in your care, inline with Blisscare Support Services policies & procedure, NDIS, and AHPRA regulations.
Job Description Includes:
- Administer medication to participants with complex needs, including Catheter, Suppositories, Stoma Care etc
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to Enrolled Nurses, Support workers, and Assistant in Nursing
- Provide leadership roles and supervise Enrolled Nurses, Support workers, and Assistant in Nursing staff to ensure care delivery to participants satisfies their clinical needs & care plans.
- Initiate consistency for individual participants when assigning care and activities to Enrolled Nurses, Support workers, and Assistant in Nursing in line with Blisscare Support Services' policies and procedure
- Develop care plans for each participant, utilising information from assessments and in liaison with the participant's support team comprising family, GP, allied health professionals etc
- Empower Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners to provide care in accordance with expected standards and scope of practice.
- Lead by example through the implementation of evidence-based clinical practices in accordance with Blisscare Support Services policies & procedure, and within the scope of practice outlined by AHPRA

- ACFI submissions; seek opportunities to ensure funding maximisation and proactively engaging a multi- disciplinary team to achieve best care and funding outcomes
- Maintain compliance to NDIS and Aged Care legislation
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including the participant's family members, and allied health professionals to establish an effective care plan.
